What I collect
- Your name and email, when you ask for a free PDF or send a payment receipt. That's all the form asks for.
- How you use the site: pages visited, buttons clicked, where you came from, device type. This is collected by the tools below using cookies.
How I use it
- To send you what you asked for (the PDF or your download link).
- To send you a few follow-up emails about my setup and work. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
- To see which videos and pages actually help people, and to show my content to people likely to find it useful.
I don't sell your information.
Tools that process it
- Supabase: stores the email list (name, email, and which link you came from).
- Resend: sends emails.
- Vercel: hosts this website.
- Google Analytics: measures visits and signups.
- Microsoft Clarity: records how visitors scroll and click (heatmaps and anonymous session replays) so I can improve the pages. Form fields like your name and email are hidden from recordings.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): measures visits and signups from Meta, and lets me show ads to people who visited. When you fill in a form, your name and email are scrambled (hashed) in your browser before being sent to Meta, so it can match the signup to a Facebook or Instagram account to measure ads. Meta does not receive them in readable form.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with an ad blocker. The site still works.
Your choices
You can ask me to show, correct, or delete what I have about you, or take you off the list. Reply to any email you got from me, or message me on TikTok @josh.ai.automation. I handle this under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
